1. Service Agreement
By purchasing and using Bicore hosting services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bicore.host.
2. Payment and Billing
2.1 Setup Fee
All VPS plans include a one-time setup fee of Rs100. This fee is non-refundable and covers initial server provisioning and configuration.
2.2 Recurring Charges
Monthly hosting fees are billed in advance. Services will be suspended if payment is not received within 3 days of the due date.
3. Refund Policy
STRICT NO REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. Bicore.host does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or cancellation requests
- Service dissatisfaction or performance issues
- Technical difficulties or compatibility problems
- Unused service time or early termination
- Data loss or service interruptions
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy. We recommend testing our services thoroughly before committing to long-term plans.
4. Data Protection and Backups
Important Data Disclaimer
We will try to keep your data protected, but please take your backup at your end too.
We are not responsible for data loss due to any reason including but not limited to:
- Hardware failures or disk corruption
- Software bugs or system crashes
- Human error or accidental deletion
- Security breaches or unauthorized access
- Natural disasters or force majeure events
- DDoS attacks or network issues
You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups. We strongly recommend implementing automated backup solutions and storing copies off-site.
5. Service Uptime and Availability
We strive for 99.99% uptime for our infrastructure. However, our uptime SLA specifically covers infrastructure availability, not external factors.
5.1 What IS Counted as Downtime
- Hardware failures (server, network equipment, storage)
- Network connectivity issues within our control
- Power outages affecting our data centers
- Software failures on the host system
5.2 What is NOT Counted as Downtime
- Null routing due to DDoS attacks (see Section 7 for details)
- Scheduled maintenance (announced in advance when possible)
- Issues caused by your software or configuration
- Attacks or abuse originating from your VPS
- Suspension due to Terms of Service violations
Emergency maintenance may occur without notice when necessary to protect infrastructure security or stability.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for:
- Illegal activities or content distribution
- Launching DDoS attacks or network abuse
- Cryptocurrency mining (without prior approval)
- Spam, phishing, or malicious software distribution
- Activities that violate Indian law or international regulations
Violation of this policy may result in immediate service suspension without refund.
7. DDoS Protection
Our infrastructure includes DDoS mitigation, but we cannot guarantee protection against all attacks. Severe or persistent attacks may require temporary service suspension to protect network infrastructure.
7.1 Null Routing Policy
If your VPS is experiencing large DDoS attacks, we will null route your IP address.
Null routing is a network security technique that temporarily blocks all traffic to your IP address to protect our network infrastructure and other customers. During null routing:
- Your server will be unreachable to all users (both legitimate and attackers)
- The null route remains active until the attack subsides (typically 30 minutes to 24 hours)
- Your VPS continues running, but network access is blocked
- This is an automatic security measure, not a service failure
Important: Null routing periods are NOT counted as downtime for our 99.99% uptime SLA. This is a security measure to protect against external attacks, not an infrastructure failure.

7.2 Severe Attack Policy
If your VPS receives persistent or massive attacks that affect other customers:
- We may be forced to suspend your VPS to protect our network and other customers
- Suspension due to attacks is immediate and without prior notice
- No refunds will be issued for suspensions due to DDoS attacks
- You are responsible for implementing additional DDoS protection if you are frequently targeted
This is a last resort measure taken only when attacks threaten the stability of our infrastructure or degrade service for other customers. We will attempt to contact you before suspension when possible.
7.3 Your Responsibilities
If you operate services that are likely to be targeted by attacks (gaming servers, controversial content, etc.):
- Consider using additional DDoS protection services (Cloudflare, TCPShield, etc.)
- Hide your real IP address using proxy services
- Implement rate limiting and firewall rules
- Monitor your traffic for unusual patterns
- Maintain backups in case of service interruption
8. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance for existing customers.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or cause harm to our infrastructure or other customers. Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds.
10. Limitation of Liability
Bicore.host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the current billing period.
11. Support and Communication
Support is provided via Discord at discord.gg/N9yE4MdfGg. Response times vary based on plan tier and issue severity.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in Indian courts with jurisdiction over our registered business location.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Major changes will be announced via email or Discord.
